Talent Seeker Guidelines
SpamRight helps Talent Seekers connect with potential employees (“Job Seekers”). These guidelines explain how we expect Job Seekers to use the platform.
How The Platform Works
SpamRight introduces Job Seekers to potential Talent Seekers.
All interviews, messages, and discussions with Talent Seekers happen outside of SpamRight.
SpamRight is not involved in, and is not responsible for, those conversations or outcomes.
Be Professional
Communicate respectfully and professionally with Talent Seekers.
Do not send spam, misleading messages, or inappropriate content.
Treat Talent Seekers the same way you would in a professional hiring process.
Be Accurate and Honest
Represent your skills, experience, and work history truthfully.
Do not exaggerate, misrepresent, or falsify your background.
Talent Seekers rely on the information you provide.
Account Enforcement
If Talent Seekers report unprofessional behavior or inaccurate information, we may review your account.
We reserve the right to remove your profile or restrict access to the platform at our discretion.
Platform Ownership
SpamRight’s technology, data, and processes are proprietary.
You may not copy, scrape, reuse, or attempt to replicate the platform or business model.
International Use and Data
SpamRight may work with users located in different countries.
By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
These guidelines are provided for clarity only. If there is any conflict between these guidelines and the Legal Terms below, the Legal Terms control.

We are Evingar, Inc., doing business as SpamRight (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Colorado, United States.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Job Seeker”) and Evingar, Inc., concerning your access to and use of the Services.
“Job Seeker” means an individual using the Services to explore employment opportunities. “Talent Seeker” means an individual or organization using the Services to identify potential talent. Job Seekers and Talent Seekers are collectively referred to as “Users”.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
