In our opinion, recruitment agencies are extremely helpful - when they get it right (aka only sending a few legitimately, qualified candidates and being right on the money). It’s been our experience that we speak to tons of candidates vying for one role and while they may not be that company’s unicorn, they very well would be for another. The problem here is that we often don’t have those jobs to present to them after that single encounter, and that’s a big bummer when our main goal is to help as many as we can.

If only there was a place they could go that was a community devoted specifically for them being introduced to those other opportunities without waiting for an agency to introduce them. HOW IT WORKS

    Fill out the brief application form below. We’re only able to support Salesforce Partners in the United States but hope to expand in the near future.

  • ✺ Decision

    Our team will review your application and if accepted, provide a link to start building your talent-seeker profile. If we are at capacity, we will add you to the waitlist.

  • ✺ Profile Set Up

    Once accepted, you’ll set up a community profile and a membership plan based on the number of Job Seeker profiles you want to unlock each month.

  • ✺ Preview Profiles

    Using the Job Seeker directory, you’ll be able to filter your search to reveal previews of candidate profiles that meet your specific search criteria (don’t worry, credits aren’t deducted until it’s a match).

  • ✺ Request To Unlock

    If a profile piques your interest, you’ll request to unlock the profile. A request will be emailed to the Job Seeker and if they are interested in chatting about opportunities and accept, the profile will unlock.

  • ✺ Connect IRL

    Once it’s a match, you’ll be able to start conversations outside of the community. This is your chance to shine and hopefully impress your hopeful candidate enough to make joining your team a no-brainer!

Over the past decade of working with Salesforce candidates and Partners, we’ve talked to a LOT of people. We understand that agency fees can dig into budgets and bottom lines, especially when we live in times where every penny counts.

So we thought, why not save Partners agency fees and create a community where they can go direct to those who we have qualified. Verified people looking for verified Partners. Nothing more, nothing less!

✺ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ✺

  • Each month you’ll receive credits based on the membership package you pick. These credits are used to “unlock” profiles of Job Seekers (you’re shown previews of profiles based on your chosen filters). You send a request to unlock and if they’re interested, they’ll accept - it’s at this point that a credit is deducted.

  • Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your personal membership settings.

  • Cancelling your membership is easy. Simply log into the community portal and cancel the membership under the billing tab within 48 hours of your next billing cycle. You’ll have access to all member features through the end of your billing period.

  • If you cancel your membership plan and would like to return to the community, you do not need to reapply but continued access will be based on availability.

    If we are at capacity, you would be placed on a wait list until a spot opens up and then notified via email when that happens to make sure you’re still interested!

  • Small to mid-sized Salesforce Partners. Please note we will not be able to accept recruiters - only actively hiring representatives for companies that are in need of top Salesforce talent (internal recruiters working for a Salesforce Partner will be considered).

  • Our goal is to support as many as we can, but within reason! We really want to curate our community with top talent in a way that provides similar benefits of working with a recruitment firm but with an emphasis on more autonomy and less fees.

    For these reasons, we accept up to 50 active hiring partners in total. New applications are accepted on a rolling basis to fill any new openings, once a partner company leaves.

  • We offer multiple membership tiers, all based on a monthly credit system.

    Once you apply and are accepted, you’ll instantly have access to a directory full of ACTIVE, open to new employment opportunity candidates. When you see a candidate that piques your interest, you send a request to connect and if they accept, the rest is up to you!

  • We offer a monthly, credit-based membership, both as packaged tiers and a-la-carte. All details will be shared once we connect!
