    Why are you called SpamRight?

    • Hiring in the Salesforce world is full of spam: fake resumes, recruiter spam, cold messages nobody asked for. We built the opposite. SpamRight is hiring done right, without the spam.

    How are you different from other hiring sites? 

    • We are designed for the Salesforce ecosystem

    • We don’t use AI, we are humans

    How are you different from recruiters? 

    • We don’t charge hiring fees.

    • Candidates and companies communicate directly.

    What do you do with my data? 

    • We will never sell your information

    How secure is my information?

    • All data is hosted on SOC 2-compliant products.

  • What will it cost me?

    • You can sign up and search SpamRight for free. When you find candidates that you like you pay for a package a credits to unlock candidates. The cost is 90% cheaper per hire than using a recruiting agency. Credits last for 90 or 180 days depending on the package that you choose.  

    What roles can I hire for?

    • Experienced Salesforce candidates ranging from Admin to Architect. We cover every role in the Salesforce ecosystem.

    How do you find candidates?

    • Ant, our founder, has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2013. All of our candidates are either from his personal network or recommended by that network. 

    How are candidates checked and verified?

    • We verify their Identity using LinkedIn ID verification run through CLEAR in North America.

    • We verify that the options selected in their SpamRight profile match the content of their LinkedIn profile. 

    How do I know you have the right candidates before I pay?

    • Sign up for free and search the platform.

    What does a credit cost, and when does it get used?

    • A credit only gets spent when a candidate accepts your request. At that point, they already know who you are and all of the key info that you chose to share, so each request is highly targeted.

    What kind of candidates are on SpamRight?

    • Find out by signing up for free.

    What happens if a candidate says no?

    • If a candidate rejects or ignores your request, the credit is automatically refunded to your account.

    Is there a contract or a subscription?

    • No. We offer packages of credits for 90 or 180 days so you can use them in line with your hiring needs.

    How is this different from a recruiting agency?

    • We don’t charge any fees related to specific hires; you only pay for the credits.

    • You select the candidates that you want to connect with.

    Where are candidates located?

    • At the moment, we are only working with candidates in the US and Canada.

    Can I hire for part-time or contract roles, not just full-time?

    • Yes. Post what you actually need- full-time, part-time, or contract- and candidates matching that are the only ones you'll see.

    What candidates can I hire as a Salesforce partner 

    • You can select candidates with consulting experience if needed; we capture that info.

    • We support hiring in all functions of your business, ranging from delivery, sales, engineering, operations, and leadership.

    What industries do your candidates know

    • Currently, we have the best coverage in nonprofit, education, and public sector. We periodically expand into other industries, likely financial services and healthcare next.

    Can I find entry-level or junior talent here?

    • Not yet. SpamRight is built for experienced Salesforce professionals right now. Entry-level is on our roadmap, but it needs a different model.

  • Is SpamRight really free for me?

    • Yes! We don’t charge candidates to find work. We are here to make the process easier and more human.

    Who can see my profile?

    • Only you can see your full profile. When your profile is complete your anonymous profile is visible to companies using SpamRight but all they can see if what you do, not who you are.

    Will my boss find out I'm looking?

    • Not unless you want them to. When you sign up, you are assigned an anonymous profile with a candidate number i.e. Candidate 100. Companies can see what you do, but not who you are unless you choose to accept their connection request. 

    What happens when a company wants to connect with me?

    • You receive an email sharing more info about the company and the opportunity they are considering you for, including work type, compensation, and location. You have 48 hours to respond; after that, the message will self-destruct, and you can’t see the contents. We want this to be efficient for everyone involved.

    Can I say no to a company?

    • Absolutely! Or you can ignore their request. Either way, your information will not be shared.

    What if I'm not actively looking right now?

    • All good by us. Set up your profile and set your status to passive. Companies will still see your anonymous profile in their searches but know that you’re less likely to respond. You choose what you want to respond to.

    Who checks my profile before it goes live?

    • Ant, our founder. He reviews the info that you’ve submitted to make sure it’s aligned with your experience before going live.

    What kind of companies use SpamRight?

    • Any company looking to hire people with Salesforce experience.

    How is this different from working with a recruiter?

    • All your conversations are direct with the company looking to hire you. When you connect with a company, you follow their interview process and work directly with their team.

    Do you accept people who are new to Salesforce or just certified?

    • Not yet. SpamRight is built for experienced Salesforce professionals right now. We'd like to open this up in the future, but it needs a different network and pricing model.

    Can I find part-time or contract work, not just full-time?

    • Yes. Companies on SpamRight are hiring for all three: full-time, part-time, and contract. Your profile shows what you're open to, so you only match with the right kind of work.

    • If you find contracts through SpamRight, it will be direct with the company hiring you, so you keep your full rate; there’s no middle man.
